Helping kids and young adults develop emotional, academic, and social skills is at the heart of what I do. My coaching services are designed to guide students through challenges and empower them to succeed—not just in school, but in all areas of life. I work with families to foster skills that promote independence, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Executive Function Skills Coaching
I help students improve key executive function skills such as organization, time management, planning, goal-setting, and self-regulation. These skills are essential for academic success and life management, helping students navigate their responsibilities with confidence. These skills may need support during difficult times or due to other learning or personality differences outside of ADHD.

ADHD Coaching for Children and Young Adults
My ADHD coaching is designed to support students in managing their attention, staying organized, reducing overwhelm, and improving productivity. I provide tailored strategies that help children and young adults thrive in both school and home environments.

Anxiety and Stress Management
I work with children and young adults to build healthy coping mechanisms for managing anxiety and stress, particularly related to school and social pressures. Through mindfulness techniques, stress-reduction practices, and emotional resilience-building, I help students feel more in control and confident in managing their emotions.

Social Skills and Confidence Building

One of the most important skills for children and young adults is learning how to advocate for their needs. I help students build the confidence to express themselves, ask for help, and take ownership of their learning and emotional well-being.

Personal Goal Setting and Motivation
I guide students through setting achievable personal goals, whether related to school, hobbies, or social life. With a focus on self-motivation, we break down larger goals into smaller steps, ensuring students feel empowered and capable of achieving what they set out to do.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
Emotional intelligence is crucial for navigating relationships and understanding one's own emotions. I work with students to develop emotional regulation skills, empathy, and self-awareness, helping them become more attuned to their own feelings and the feelings of others.

Mindfulness and Resilience
I incorporate mindfulness techniques to help students stay grounded and focused in the present moment, reducing anxiety and improving concentration. By building resilience, students learn to bounce back from setbacks with a positive mindset and determination.
