Executive Function Coaching teaches kids the skills they need to be successful in school and in life. This is not something that is taught in school, and though mostly recommended for those with ADHD, executive function coaching is appropriate for almost every child.

In sessions, we work on these skills through tried and tested methods. And just like my other services, my executive function coaching sees the child as a whole. I understand that much of what causes a child to become disorganized or distracted can come from an emotional place as well: scary teachers, homework that makes them feel less-than, or even a sick parent. I make a point to give my students the strategies to build their self-esteem alongside their skills.
