About Me
An Integrated Learning Specialist
Since 2013, I have supported kids of all ages in mastering their toughest subjects, navigating life's challenges, and building environments that support growth and well-being. My work brings together academic tutoring, emotional skills development, and home organization, tailored to how each person actually learns and lives.
I work with neurotypical and neurodiverse children, families, and adults. Whether that means supporting a child's needs at school, guiding a family through home organization, or offering social skills or ADHD coaching to adults, the goal is always the same: sustainable systems and real well-being.
My academic background includes a B.S. in Exceptional Student Education with endorsements in Reading and ESOL. I am also trained in Emotion Coaching, Coaching Young Learners, DIRFloortime, mindfulness, Critical Thinking Through Art, and Project CRISS. While earning my degree, I was recognized for my work on habit change with high school students, which sparked my passion for emotional coaching. After several years in public school classrooms, I transitioned to homeschool instruction to fully live out my holistic approach.
Growing up between Miami, Europe, and the Middle East gave me a rich, international perspective on education. My childhood was also shaped by hard things: my father's heart problems when I was young, and my mother's battles with rare breast cancer and brain tumors during my adolescence. I often had to navigate school and my emotions on my own. Those experiences built my resilience and empathy, and they are the foundation of everything I do.
I strive to be the kind of support I wish I had as a child.
